Continuing through our mission of creating value from dirt with diamonds in the rough, this dead end street in the highly desirable neighborhood of Princes Bay was surrounding wetlands and on an unmapped street. Many had turned away from the site even though its prime location. Until we stepped in and delivered on an as of right development project in a high demand residential market for two sets of two family homes on large lots.
NYC Waterfront Development Site
